Let’s make one to suit your mood.
3/4 to 1 cup Sugar or Sea Salt
3/4 to 1 cup Oil
*You can use Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Olive Oil or Baby Oil.
3 to 4 drops (or more) essential or fragrance oil. (fragrance oil can be bought at Wal-Mart in the craft section. It has fillers and is not pure essential oil….but it works and it’s cheaper.)
Pour salt or sugar in a jar that has a lid. Add oil. Mix together. Add oil.
If you want to wake up, use:
rosemary, mint, pine, eucalyptus, grapefruit, lemon, lemongrass (any citrus) or rose.
If you want to relax, use:
lavender, Chamomile, clary sage, lemon, orange blossom, sandalwood or vanilla.
If you want to feel balanced or grounded, after a bad day, use:
patchouli or pine.
If you are mentally exhausted, use:
basil, peppermint, rosemary or spearmint.
